No Country for Old Men (2007) - 122 min
Starring Tommy Lee Jones, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin.
Llewelyn Moss is a mechanic who grabs $2 million from his hometown after a drug deal goes bad. A psychopath named Anton Chigurh is assigned to recover the lost money who kill whatever comes infront of him. Sheriff Ed Tom Bell begins to investigate the case to find Llewelyn whereabouts.
A cat and mouse game between a cowboy and psychopath. This film was adapted from a novel by western gothic author Cormac McCarthy. The story is simple and if you have seen their previous works like Fargo,The Big Lebowski, then you know how the Coen brothers convert the small thread into a compelling smart story.  No country for old men was nominated for eight categories at the 80th Academy Awards and won four major categories like Best Picture, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor and Best Adapted Screenplay. Overall, Am a huge fan of villain characters and the stellar performance from Javier Bardem makes the character of Anton an unforgettable one for me.
Verdict: Great
