The Good Neighbor is an American thriller film directed by Kasra Farahani.

High school friends Sean and Ethan decide to conduct an experiment on their unfriendly neighbor Harold Grainey. They placed hidden cameras in the old man's home while he went out for shopping. After planting cameras and other devices around his house they plan to terrify him by creating the illusion that the house is haunted by supernatural power. Unfortunately the old man reacts to this whole thing in unexpected and dangerous ways.
The film shots in three different camera techniques POV shots, hidden camera shots and fixed shots. Apart from the camera tricks the film generates tension and suspense throughout the story. Another plus point of the movie is the solid performance from veteran actor James Caan with little dialogue. Overall, it's a watchable thriller and the ending credits reminds me of Korean style of ending.
