Tag (Japanese: Riaru Onigokko) is a Japanese horror film directed by Sion Sono.
Starring Reina Triendl, Mariko Shinoda, Erina Mano, Yuki Sakurai, Maryjun Takahashi & Sayaka Isoyama.
Mitsuko is on a bus with all her female classmates on their way to summer camp encounters a mysterious accident. Mitsuko is the only one survived from it and ends up back at school. At school, she meets Aki, her best friend and Mitsuko cannot remember anything and everyone presumes that she has experienced some kind of amnesia. Later, another massacre occurs and changes all equations of Mitsuko.
It's a girl's journey of survival filled with various obstacles and surprises. The best part of the movie is its opening scene and failed to keep that moment going. Technical wise the film actually works and mainly film deals with women's problem and how men treated them. Overall, it's a one time watchable and frankly the film actually disappoints me.
Verdict: Mediocre
