It is the story of two dreamers Sebastian, a passionate jazz pianist whose ambition is to open a club of his own and Mia, a gifted aspiring actress who frequently goes to auditions and works in a coffee shop. All they need is an opportunity and things get better when cross each other.
The film opens with one of the best scenes that I have ever seen. Both Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone did a wonderful job in portraying their roles and to be frank, I was surprised with their dance moves. The director has already shown his potential in Whiplash movie and this time he mixes the fantasy of success and struggle in reality. Also few scenes mentioning the classic movie Casablanca and also attempts to recall about the Hollywood's golden musical times.
