The Salesman (Persian: Forušande) is an Iranian drama film directed by Asghar Farhadi.
Starring Shahab Hosseini, Taraneh Alidoosti, Babak Karimi, Farid Sajadhosseini & Mina Sadati.
Emad and Rana lives in Tehran and they are forced to move into a new apartment. The previous occupant was a woman who has lots of “male friends” and the neighbors don't like her. One day, Rana hears a foot step and leaves the door open for her husband Emad. Unfortunately a stranger showed up and attacked Rana.
Another spectacular movie from Iranian director Asghar Farhadi. When it comes to relationship and feelings story, Farhadi is the master of it. Like his previous works, this film also has a strong story and well acted by the three leads Shahab Hosseini, Taraneh Alidoosti and Babak Karimi. Overall, it's a beautiful movie that tells the story of human aggression.
Verdict: Good
