Howard's six year old daughter passed away and his company is collapsing. Howard was very good at his job, but now he sent letters to Death, Love and Time. His partners Whit, Claire and Simon decide to gather evidence that shows Howard is not stable.
This film has a solid cast and the emotional scenes were nicely handled by the actors. There are few moments of humor and all the credits goes to Will Smith's dialogue delivery. Allan Loeb, the writer tried to bring a sub-plot in the movie, which can be likeable or not, that's up to you. Overall, it's a watchable drama movie and it has a surprising climax.
