Liz Blake is a prostitute who witness a mysterious woman brutally murdering Kate Miller. The police think Liz is the murderer and Now, the mysterious woman is behind Liz, in order to kill the crime's only witness. Only Kate's son, Peter believes Liz and they team up to find the real culprit who behind all this.
This De Palma's thriller has ups and downs. The cinematographer Ralf Bode and editor Jerry projects De Palma's vision nicely. Michael Caine portraits a calm doctor. The explanation given by De Palma was not convenient at all. Overall, it's a one time watchable movie.
